JADC2's DATA DILEMMA

The Defense Department’s quest to fulfill JADC2 — a strategy for connecting every sensor to every shooter across the services — has elevated the need for fast, secure and efficient data sharing between US forces and their allies. But in order to achieve this vision, the Pentagon’s data leaders are under pressure to devise policies that foster data reciprocity, open standards, elasticity and shareable data lakes without compromising on security of military communications. In this episode of Removing Stovepipes, C4ISRNET will speak to senior data officers about how their organization is pursuing its data goals and eliminating information silos to optimize data-sharing for JADC2.
